This policy describes how Anna Kunigiel Ads Tools ("the application") accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. The application is operated by Anna Kunigiel, a sole proprietorship based in Poland, who is also its only user.

1. Data the application accesses

The application signs in with Google OAuth 2.0 and requests one permission: access to Google Ads data (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With this permission it reads:

the list of Google Ads accounts the signed-in user can access;
campaign structure and performance data of those accounts, such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, costs, clicks, impressions and conversions;
keyword ideas and search volume estimates from the Keyword Planner.

The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google service, and it does not collect data from visitors of this website.

2. How the data is used

The data is used only to prepare performance reports for the advertisers whose accounts are managed by Anna Kunigiel, to diagnose campaign issues and to plan keywords for new campaigns. The application only reads data. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in Google Ads.

3. How the data is stored

The OAuth refresh token and the downloaded reports are stored locally on the operator's own computer. The application has no server, no public database and no user accounts. Report files are kept only as long as they are needed for client work.

4. How the data is shared

Google user data is not sold, rented or transferred to any third party and is not used for advertising. The only disclosure is the report prepared for the advertiser who owns the Google Ads account the report describes. Data of one advertiser is never shown to another advertiser.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by this application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time on the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is revoked, the stored token stops working. Requests to delete data can be sent to the email address below.
